Rainmaker Marketing is looking for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer who can produce industry-leading designs for print and digital material across all marketing platforms. If you are a creative thinker with an enthusiasm for design and have at least 2 years of experience.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1. Print Design and Desktop Publishing
• Highly skilled in Adobe software, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator.
• Comprehensive understanding of print production, including layout, colour, trim, image set up
• Producing innovative, forward thinking, on trend creativity
• Understanding projects and related briefs fully before commencing tasks
• Meet deadlines, especially print adverts and production
• Bringing uniqueness to each client whilst respecting the professionalism of the property industry
• Follow clear instruction from Design Head and receive construction criticism well
• Work closely with assigned copy writer
• Get proper approvals in place before production
2. Digital, Web Design & Social Media
• Good understanding digital parameters, sizing, resolution, image formats.
• Design of web banners, web pages, electronic mailers
• Making sure that there is design consistency between departments
• Applying CI to all elements, big and small
• Creating social media graphics, header images, profile images, post related images for content plans
3. Conceptual and Brand Creation
• Understand target market and project fully to create industry leading lifestyle brands
• Collectively brainstorm to get team input
• Create comprehensive presentations to bring concepts across clearly
• Once brand approved, creating thorough brand guidelines for each project
• Making sure that all work done by others, follow original intended design (CI)
4. Communication and skill development
• Effectively communicating daily with colleagues, manager and HOD
• Take accountability to communicate, professionally, efficiently and effectively
• Pro-actively asking questions and finding solutions to complete tasks
• Submit weekly accurate timesheets
• Understanding ones
