About the role

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping projects on track? We are looking for a Senior Traffic Manager to oversee the flow of projects across departments, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time deliverables.
  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate campaigns from initial stages through to delivery.
  • Manage daily project workflows and account handling.
  • Ensure all stages of projects meet client and creative briefs, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Report on project status, workloads, and operational challenges.
  • Implement and manage project management tools (e.g., Asana, Resource Guru) for efficiency.
  • Enhance automation and capabilities of project management systems.
  • Problem-solve inefficiencies and update processes for optimal performance.
  • Analyse profitability of projects based on resources, time, and revenue.
  • Oversee freelance bookings and resource allocation.
  • Compile monthly reports and attend daily stand-ups for campaign updates.

Minimum requirements

  • Proven experience in traffic or project management within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Resource Guru).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Analytical mindset for reporting and process improvement.
