Since its launch in 2016, Sibaya Precinct has achieved over R6 billion in property sales, housing 1 300 residential units and 20 commercial and retail spaces. Its population has grown to over 7 000 residents as of June 2024, with an average of 71 new adults (or 28 families) moving into the area each month since December 2021.

Key residential estates, including Salta, Capri Village, Gold Coast Estate, OceanDune, and Pebble Beach, reflect the exceptional standards that define the precinct. These developments are not just homes; they are lifestyle-driven investments that appeal to both local and international buyers.
