The Brief:

Rainmaker Marketing was commissioned to plan for this development 2 years prior to the launch of St. Antoine Private Residence. Within those years, we did intensive market research to pinpoint what the South African market was specifically looking for, and thereafter assist the developer in moulding their development plan to suit the unique needs of this market. Thereafter we were tasked with creating a brand, conceptualising a comprehensive strategy that included educating the market about investing in property in Mauritius, producing all marketing collateral, launching the product to the market, and facilitating sales of the premium apartment.

The Execution

Through the implementation of a unique tailored strategy, Rainmaker Marketing was able to generate more than 1800 development specific leads over a 3-month period, and achieve R216 million worth of sales to the South African market prior to the international launch.
