Knowing that the retirement market can prove to be a more complex one, we had to ensure that all of our marketing collateral was visually accurate yet appealing, and comprehensive yet understandable. In order to achieve the development team’s sales objectives, we had to truly paint the picture of what life at Shoreline Sibaya would be, providing confidence in the product and the developer.
Having been instrumental in the establishment of the Retire KZN campaign, we had access to a comprehensive database of people only interested in purchasing a retirement product. This community, along with others who had been identified by the professional team where the first to learn about Shoreline Sibaya. To give the greater market the opportunity to meet the development team, and hear first-hand about the details of the product, healthcare, and the location we invited potential buyers to a launch event, where all of this information was clearly outlined. This event served as the catalyst for the project, which today is considered the fastest selling retirement estate in KwaZulu-Natal.
