For the launch of OceanDune Sibaya, not only did we have to inform the market about the unique opportunity available, but we also had to educate the market about Sibaya Coastal Precinct and the vast potential that this growing node offers from a lifestyle and investment potential. The client wanted the campaign to be short, sharp, and abundantly effective.
Geared around ‘Sibaya’s first residential opportunity’, we launched a campaign that was aimed at encouraging potential buyers to ‘register their interest’. Buyers had to be informed about the exclusivity of this opportunity, and be made aware of the fact that if they didn’t act quickly then they would lose out on something special. In 9 short weeks we managed to generate 6200 leads on Facebook, and on launch day R800 million in sales were achieved – a hugely successful campaign.
