Izinga Hills launched 45 contemporary, Balinese-styled freestanding homes, as part of its first phase. Situated in the sought after Izinga Ridge, the estate offers luxurious 3 and 4 bedroom homes that enjoy captivating panoramic views, a fully equipped clubhouse, beautifully landscaped gardens, swimming pools and kids play area.

The Brief

The team were appointed to implement the vision of the developers through the marketing collateral, and generate a demand for the product in as short a timeframe as possible. The developer knew that the location was in high demand, and therefore if the right message supported by great visual elements were produced then their sales team would have a positive response.

The Execution

With a 2-week campaign lead time, Rainmaker Marketing sought to get as many people as possible to register to attend the launch event. Through emailers, social media and limited print advertising, the response was phenomenal and we achieved an impressive 68% sold on launch.
