UMHLANGA’S new Enigma Private Estate has just been introduced as the only freehold purchasing opportunity in Ridgeside.
The estate, which will offer 90 spacious units, is being touted as a rare investment prospect, and a highly sought-after asset for the Ridgeside node.
“Outside of the Atlantic Seaboard, uMhlanga is undoubtedly the most sought-after area in South Africa. This is emphasised by the sharp increase in property values within the region, and the introduction of iconic developments such as The Pearls of uMhlanga, which have attracted international appeal.
“Based on the growth and demand of the area there is a massive shortage of freehold homes within secure, gated estates,” said Stefan Botha, Managing Director of Rainmaker Marketing.
The company said in a statement that uMhlanga Ridgeside was considered one of South Africa’s fastest growing urban development nodes.
It comprised 140 hectares of combined residential, office estate, mixed-use and managed open spaces; the area already houses many of South Africa’s leading business brands, and will soon be home to boutique retail and international hotel.
“Fundamentally, it offers an upmarket, integrated, people-centred environment where residents will have the ability to live, work and play.
“Most significantly, uMhlanga Ridgeside has pole position on accessibility, sea views and even a forest conservancy. It is now set to differentiate itself as a premium residential node in the province,” said Botha.
He added that Enigma Private Estate epitomised the vibrant lifestyle of uMhlanga and was also pet-friendly. It has a modern understanding of family life,” said Botha.
