The PR department boast extensive and trusted relationships with the media and property experts, with skills that range from event planning and hosting, to copywriting and media liaison. The design team come from some of the best advertising agencies in South Africa, and bring an element of creativity and all-encompassing design skills to the team, and the sales department help drive property sales by proactively following up on leads, and liaising with potential purchasers so that the client can ‘close' the deal.

From just a single client, Rainmaker Marketing has successfully launched some “big names” in the property industry such as The Pearls of Umhlanga, Signature Sibaya, St Antoine Private Residence in Mauritius, Izinga Hills, Zululami Luxury Coastal Estate, Pebble Beach, Ocean Club Zimbali and Umhlanga Arch to name a few. We also conceptualised and launched the Retire KZN campaign with the country’s 2nd largest developers, Tongaat Hulett Developments.
